David A. Robertson
B.Comm, L.L.B.

David founded Robertson, Downe & Mullally in 1971. He graduated from UBC in 1970 and was called to the bar in May 1971. David's practice is primarily in the area of family law, which includes divorce, separation, and custody issues. As well, David has extensive experience in personal injury law and mediation.

Over the past 30 years, David has been actively involved in the community and has been a member of the Board of Directors of several organizations. He is a founding member of the Legal Aid Society of BC and helped start one of the first transition houses for battered women in BC. He is also a member of the Practice Advisory Panel in Family Law for the Canadian Bar Association.
