Rod K. Nagel
B.A., L.L.B.

Rod received both his Bachelor’s and law degrees from the University of British Columbia. After articling with a litigation-oriented Vancouver law firm, Rod was called to the bar of British Columbia in 2003.

Prior to joining Robertson, Downe & Mullally, Rod was employed in labour relations in the health care sector. He is a member of the B.C. Branch of the Canadian Bar Association. Rod is also a volunteer with the Western Canada Society to Access Justice, an organization which provides pro bono legal advice to low-income individuals. Rod will be focusing his practice on the areas of labour and employment law, personal injury, and insurance defense litigation.
