Roger W. Greenwood
B.A., L.L.B.
Roger was called to the bar in British Columbia in 1980,
having first obtained his Bachelor of Arts, Teaching
Certificate, and Bachelor of Laws all from the University of
British Columbia. His areas of practice are primarily in the
corporate and commercial areas, which includes expertise in
such matters as corporate reorganizations, tax
restructuring, purchase of sales businesses, franchising, and preparation of commercial contracts. Roger also deals with real estate, both commercial and residential and acts for various financial institutions in preparing security documentation.
Roger is very active in the community having served on the boards of a number of organizations including: MSA Museum Society, Abbotsford Downtown Business Association, Abbotsford Hospice Society, Hemlock Valley Ski Club, Abbotsford Men's Soccer League, Fraser Valley Summer Soccer League and Vancouver 86'ers Soccer Club.
