Bach
B.A., L.L.B.
Josh received his
Bachelor of Arts degree from Sir George Williams University
(now Concordia University) in Montreal, his Bachelor of Laws
degree from the University of Windsor, and was called to the
bar of Ontario in 1979. After practicing law in Ontario for
over 25 years, Josh re-located to Abbotsford in 2006 and
became a member of the Law Society of British Columbia.
Prior to joining
Robertson, Downe & Mullally, Josh was a sole practitioner for 15
years in Hamilton, Ontario, with a general practice. Previously,
he worked with major law firms in
Toronto and for the provincial government in the securities
industry.
Josh was an instructor for
the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario, teaching the Residential
Real Estate and the Estates courses at Mohawk College in
Hamilton. He is a past member of the
Real Estate Committee of the Hamilton Law Association.
Over the past 30 years, Josh has also been an active volunteer
in his community.
Josh will be focusing his
practice on the areas of real estate (residential and
commercial), corporate and business law including closely-held
corporations, and wills and estates.
